Do workspaces share settings?
Global application settings—like your theme (Dark/Light mode) and your Global Search hotkey—are shared across the app. However, your actual data (links, templates, reminders) is completely isolated to each workspace.
Is there a limit to how many I can create?
No. If you are on the Pro plan, you can create unlimited workspaces. Whether you have 3 side projects or 50 clients, you can organize them all without hitting a cap.
Can I move items between workspaces?
Not currently. Workspaces are designed to be strict silos to prevent accidental data leakage. We may add an "Export/Import" feature in the future for moving specific items intentionally.
Does Search show results from all workspaces?
No. To prevent you from accidentally sending Client A's refund policy to Client B, the search bar only shows results from your active workspace. You must switch contexts to search a different database.
